TERMS

PLACING ORDERS:
All orders will be paid with a Credit Card, PayPal, or check or when order is placed. Credit cards are accepted online or over the phone.

FREIGHT POLICY:
All orders are shipped prepaid and freight added unless otherwise stated on a quote.

DAMAGE POLICY:
All shipments are packed with great care. If however, damage should occur in transit, DO NOT refuse shipment, as this will cause you delays and unnecessary freight expenses. File a claim with the carrier for loss or damage.

RETURNS:
No product may be returned without a return goods authorization (RGA#). No credit will be given for customer labor. Products returned through RGA# must be in original packaging and unused. A 25% restocking charge will apply. There are no returns of special ordered items.
